Vegetarian OmniPork Dumplings with Cordyceps, Flowers and Fungus

Medicinal Cuisine is one of the mainstream in Taiwan, there are lots of medicinal soup and noodles in the market. Megan’s Kitchen is also the pioneer in creating different vegetarian hot pot menus; over the years, there are dumplings made with the vegetarian pork, Omnipork. This year, we will launch a new creation of vegetarian pork dumplings made with fresh cordyceps flower and black fungus. Cordyceps flowers is renowned for its immune-boosting properties, and fungus is packed with fibers which are the good choice for “eat tasty, eat healthy”
