To commemorate this milestone and continue our tradition of creating new hot pot recipes with innovative concepts every autumn, we are sincerely presenting a whole new hotpot experience inspired by the “Five Flavours of Life”, weaving together sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy elements into our freshly crafted broths and dumplings.

We have three selected Wagyu beef options from Japan: A5 Miyazaki sirloin, A4 Miyazaki Sirloin, and A5 Kagoshima Shoulder Chuck.
