To commemorate this milestone and continue our tradition of creating new hot pot recipes with innovative concepts every autumn, we are sincerely presenting a whole new hotpot experience inspired by the “Five Flavours of Life”, weaving together sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy elements into our freshly crafted broths and dumplings.

New Signature Soup Base – “Red” Fortune – Sichuan-Style Braised Beef Brisket Soup.
Experience our whole-new “Sichuan-Style Braised Beef Brisket Soup” — a broth inspired by the five flavours of life, bringing prosperity and comfort in every spoonful.

To cater to the taste of beef connoisseurs who appreciate top-quality beef, this year we have selected several mouth-watering Japanese beef options that will surely satisfy your craving for premium beef. We have three selected Wagyu beef options from Japan: A5 Miyazaki sirloin, A4 Miyazaki Sirloin, and A5 Kagoshima Shoulder Chuck.

This year, we are excited to present new vegetarian options for you. Vegetarians can enjoy our “Sichuan-Style Braised Vegetarian Beef Meat Soup,” which offers a unique flavor experience. Additionally, we highly recommend the ” Vegetarian Beef Balls with Shepherd’s Purse & Porcini” and “Sweet Corn & Sugar Snap Peas Vegetarian Pork Dumplings,” both of which are must-try delicacies!
