Firstly, enjoy the fresh and tender mandarin fish fillet with the pickled cabbage. The fish is boiled in this very light soup with a sour and spicy taste. The sourness is just right and balanced from the spiciness for satisfaction. Secondly, as the soup has already absorbed the flavours from the fish, we suggest diners to further utilize the soup base for hot pot. Meat and seafood hotpot items are also a good choice to bring out the taste of the ingredients. Don’t forget that the 3rd meat or seafood hotpot item gets 50% off promotion too!
