Inspired by the chicken meatballs in “Water Cooking Pot” in Japan Kyushu, our chef has modified it by applying the seasonings of the “Three Cup Chicken” into the minced chicken meatball, this meatball can go well with all kind of our soup bases, not only the meatball can absorb the flavour of the soup, also can enhance the the soup.
